This is a spare part I had from my 1944 GPW. Stewart Warner 6 volt gas gauge, Was working fine when removed.  Approximately 2 1/4 inch.  Should work with other 6 volt vehicles, but you need to do your own research on that. Please review all photos so you can make your own determination on the condition. Verify that this is the part you need. I will be listing other parts and WWII gear. The last Mercury--a Grand Marquis--rolled off the production line Tuesday at Ford Motor Co.'s assembly plant in St. Thomas, Ontario, marking the official end of another Detroit brand. The sedan will be shipped as part of a fleet order, Ford spokeswoman Marcey Evans said.
