Found this old jet drive unit at a farm estate sale. It is a six spline drive shaft which turns freely and feels smooth and solid. Overall length is 35" and from top of pump the drive shaft is 23". I e-mailed the maker, Outboard Jets, in California and they told me that this Model "K" is very hard to find but it fits 20 horse Mercurys from 1966 through 1980. They also said they still had parts for them. Serial no. 14415, model "K". I can't see or feel any damage just missing paint and the grill on bottom has a couple of slightly bent bars. Please ask any questions before making offer because there are no returns on this item. I have described it the best I can but cannot physically test it so I am selling "AS IS ".
