You are bidding on a vintage wheel lug socket wrench. I do not see a makers mark on it. It is approximately 11-1/2" long. One end has 3/4 lug nut socket. Rectangular hole (for scissors jack?) approximately 5/16" x 7/16" about 3-1/2" from end. I do not know much about this. WE owned Hondas , Datsuns, Fiats, and it might have come from one of them.
