Here is a vintage red Mercruiser jacket in XL. This is a jacket that belonged to my mother-in-law. She moved into a smaller place so we are cleaning out her larger apartment. She worked for 50 years for Mercury Marine and had gotten this jacket for a member of her family. The jacket is in nice, vintage condition with no rips or holes. There are dark stains around the cuffs but other than that there are no issues that I can see.
ALL ITEMS COME FROM A SMOKE FREE HOME This is not a business, we are just 2 people with full time jobs who enjoy a hobby selling items we have picked up at rummage sales, estate sales, etc. I enjoy finding vintage items but with 4 kids don't have room for collections, so I love to pass these items on to homes where they will be treasured. We are not experts and descriptive words such as "excellent condition and minor wear" are just an opinion. I will always be honest and list all flaws that I notice but, again, I am not an expert so please ask questions or ask for extra pictures before buying. Shelby American to host Shelby Vegas bash
Fri, 07 Mar 2014The 2014 Shelby Vegas Bash is set to begin April 14, leading right into the 50th birthday celebration of the Mustang Club of America. “With the Shelby Vegas Bash leading into the MCA 50th birthday celebration, we're expecting this year to be bigger and better than ever,” said Joe Conway, CEO of Shelby American. “This will be the first opportunity to host Shelby members and enthusiasts at our new world headquarters in the heart of Las Vegas.” The Pacific Coast Team Shelby Region will start the event with a 300-mile drive from Palm Springs, Calif., to the Shelby headquarters, which will have many cars on display, along with live music and a meet and greet.

Severe weather warnings are in place for much of the UK today until 9am on Christmas Eve, threatening to cause localised flooding across southern England and Wales. Strong winds are expected across much of the UK, with winds of up to 80mph in coastal areas of southern England, while Scotland is braced for sleet and snow storms and icy roads, the Met Office said.

Thu, 09 Oct 2008Carlos Arturo Torres Tovar from Colombia was last week announced as the winner of the 5th annual Peugeot Design Contest at the 2008 Mondial de l'Automobile in Paris. The 25 year old designer's winning 'RD' concept was chosen via an online internet poll and a competition jury headed by Peugeot's Managing Director, Jean Philippe Collin. This year's contest asked designers to "Imagine the Peugeot in the worldwide megalopolis of tomorrow" and to then design a car that could evolve with the cities of the future, while retaining the key values of the 21st century.
