This auction is for an original MG 1100 Workshop Manual produced by BMC. Includes detailed technical specs and service procedures with many diagrams throughout. A valuable resource for anyone who owns or services these cars.

This manual has approximatley 100 pages (undated) and measures 9" by 12".

Condition: This item is a used vintage shop manual and condition reflects this. There is some surface staining and wear to the covers and inside pages consistent with decades of shop use / storage. Still a very nice piece for its age and type overall.

Shipping & Payment: Please Read Carefully Before Bidding

Shipping Options – Canada and the United States

Shipping (North America): Airmail from Canada to anywhere in the United States is $15 for this item (oversize / heavy piece). Airmail usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive from Canada, but some shipments can be delayed longer due to customs or other postal factors beyond my control. Please email for Canadian shipping rates which may be equal or less depending on province. Local pickup is recommended and can be arranged in the midtown Toronto area.

Tracking / Further Upgrades: Tracking or further upgraded shipping is available but may be significantly more expensive. Please email for a quote if you require the item to be tracked or a guarantee that the item arrive sooner than the 1-2 week airmail period.

International Shipping: I'm happy to ship worldwide. Please email for a shipping quote before bidding.

Combined Shipping: I will always discount and combine (where possible) shipping on multiple item purchases. Usually, several small, single brochures can be sent in the same package for the stated shipping price. However, this may not be the case for larger orders, lots, heavier or oversized items. Please email for combined shipping rates on these items.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to a busy work schedule, I am only able to take items to the post office once a week (usually Saturday morning). Exceptions may be possible, so please email in advance if you require your item to be mailed sooner.

Condition: See description for exact condition. While all major flaws will be stated above, even literature in "excellent condition" may have minor flaws such as light corner wear, small creases near staples, etc. If condition is a concern, please confirm with me before bidding.

Please see my other auctions for more great deals! I will be selling a large automotive literature collection over the coming weeks. Thousands of pieces from the 1930’s to present!

Thank you for your interest! I have excellent feedback so bid with confidence. See my other listings for hundreds of original automotive literature items from the early 1900's to present

Mercedes ML63 AMG gets a tweak

Thu, 10 Jun 2010

The very slightly tweaked 2011 Mercedes ML63 AMG Somehow, the Mercedes ML63 AMG doesn’t quite make it in to our heads when we thing of barking mad, ‘too powerful for their own good’ SUVs. Top of that list is filled by the Porsche Cayenne Turbo with the BMW X5M and X6M bringing up the reserve position. But we should consider it.

McLaren MP4-12C Goodwood hillclimb video

Wed, 07 Jul 2010

The McLaren MP4-12C tackles the Goodwood hillclimb As we reported last week, McLaren used the Goodwood Festival of Speed to give their new road car – the McLaren MP4-12C – its first proper public outing. But they didn’t settle for just having a static display or even a poodle round his Lordship’s grounds for the benefit of the crowd. They brought along their pair of F1 World Champions – Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton – to strut their stuff up the Goodwood hillclimb in the 12C.

Bloodhound SSC – 1000mph World Record plan

Tue, 24 Nov 2009

The Bloodhound SSC – aims to hit 1,000mph   The current world record stands at a relatively measly 763mph (measly certainly in comparison to the target set by the Bloodhound SSC Team) and the technical obstacles the Bloodhound team has had to overcome to get their record attempt on target have been substantial. The Bloodhound design has gone through ten evolutions in the last year and has now settled on a plan that has overcome initial obstacles. The first evolution of the Bloodhound saw the 200kg rocket sat above the EJ200 Eurofighter Typhoon jet engine, but that didn’t develop sufficient thrust.
