Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8: Australia gets 1,000 but UK gets just 100
Thu, 26 Apr 2012Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 - just 100 coming to the UK The range-topping Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 arrives in the UK in the Autumn, but just 100 cars are allocated to the UK in the first year. We like just about everything that makes up the new Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. New Toyota Aygo looks appealing: Geneva Motor Show
Tue, 04 Mar 2014The new Toyota Aygo (pictured) looks an appealing City Car The final part of the PSA/Toyota City Car trilogy has been revealed in Geneva with the arrival of the new Toyota Aygo – and it looks the most convincing of the three. Toyota seem to have hit exactly the right note with the new Aygo’s look, which looks fun, funky and appealing with plenty of options to customise the already appealing looks. The dramatic X-Theme going on at the front sets the Aygo apart from the C1 and 108 and the pagoda-style profile, rear spoiler and window graphic that extends in to the rear light clusters make the Aygo look bigger and bolder than it is.
Whos Where: Pierre Authier to become Vice President of Design for Opel/Vauxhall
Fri, 31 Aug 2012Pierre Authier is thought to become Vice President of Design for Opel/Vauxhall, leaving his current role as Peugeot Design Director, according to a source from within the PSA design department. The position has been up for grabs since the shock dismissal of Dave Lyon just days before he took up the position in Rüsselsheim, Germany last month. Authier has been at Peugeot since the start of his career in 1998, first working on the 307 model and most recently responsible for the well-received 208 supermini.
