This is a RARE 1957 oil filter the box date is 10-57 and it fits 1946-56 Chrysler and Desoto V-8 thru No 7056 according to the side of the box. it has an instruction sheet that tells what to do with each model and the rings are still soft and supple. the box and filter have matching numbers so this is the right filter this thing looks good just as a display item.

Both versions would be designed especially for the United States, said Volkswagen Group of America CEO Stefan Jacoby. Sales could start in 2011, he said.
