Vintage Nostalgia Drag Car - Gasser MOPAR "B" ENGINES HILBORN INJECTION

As last raced in the 60's - 70's, long indoor storage, not cleaned up, cast on side flange (331-CH-8 B). This should fit the MOPAR "B" family of engines. "Standard port heads" B series: (350 - 361 - 383 and 400). If you remove the metal top, split the intakes and adjust the connecting rod linkage length, it should also fit the "RB" series of engines (413 - 426 wedge - 440 and the 1959 - 1960 Chrysler/Imperial 383 engine only). It will NOT Fit the max wedge heads correctly. A custom made sheet metal top has been brazed to the injector tubes, with provisions to bolt on a fiberglass hood scoop. We see no obvious cracks or repairs, fuel line have no cuts or dry rotting, but have hardened with age, Injector tubes have a heavy coating of old permatex around each base where they bolt to the intake. remnants of permatex sealer are around the intake ports also. 2" Butterflies seem clean, linkage works but is very stiff, with some light rust on the shafts.No other parts available! This unit is being auctioned "as-is", in need of complete disassembly and cleaning and perhaps the replacement of the rubber fuel lines? This injector is still available today, and replacement parts should not be a problem. Please review all photos and ask questions early before bidding. Perfect for that nostalgia drag car.
