Up for auction is a vintage set of genuine OEM GM Cadillac Front Floor Mats in black w/ white crest. The same, which are correct for all models of the 1966-1970 Cadillac w/ the exception of the FWD Eldorado models, are in extremely nice condition for their age. Although technically only correct for the 1966-1970 models as far as the style is concerned, these mats will also fit all 1959-1965 models as well as the 1971-1974 models (except Eldorado). The pictures tell the story....Not perfect as showing some honest wear but extremely presentable for their age w/ a great deal of color and life left in them.  Item will be shipped via the USPS for a flat rate fee of $19.95 to anywhere within the continental US. International bidders are also welcome but shipping and handling charges will need to be adjusted accordingly. Payment via PayPal is due within 4 days of the close of the auction/date of sale and item will be shipped within three business days of receipt of confirmed payment. Once the starting bid price has been met, this extremely nice pair of front floor mats will go to the highest bidder so bid to own today. Thanks for looking and good Luck!

Mercedes-Benz reveals first C-class details

Mon, 21 Oct 2013

Mercedes-Benz has revealed limited details about its new fourth-generation C-class sedan, more than two months before it is due to make its world debut at the Detroit auto show. Although the new BMW 3-series and Audi A4 rival is yet to official unveiled -- in fact, all we have so far are interior renderings -- Mercedes-Benz says the new C-class will be a significantly more advanced car than its predecessor in terms of construction, with a “best in class” weight figure and a level of structural integrity that it describes as being “unparalleled” in its class. Among its features is a new lightweight body structure that uses a newly developed aluminum hybrid construction process that Mercedes-Benz claims will shave as much as 220 pounds over the current model depending on the engine it uses.

2014 VW Golf R Mk 7 spy video

Thu, 23 May 2013

We did think, a few weeks ago when VW were playing tease with a ‘Frozen Beast’ teaser, that they were about to reveal (at least a concept of) the 2014 Golf R. But it wasn’t. In fact, it was the Mk 6 Golf R Cabriolet, rather late to the Mk6 party with the Mk 7 Golf now in the wild.

Porsche 918 Spyder gets its own website

Wed, 26 Jun 2013

The Porsche 918 Spyder (pictured) now has its very own website It’s more than two years since the Porsche 918 Spider went on sale, but it’s now getting close to arriving in Porsche showrooms so Porsche has created a new microsite dedicated to all things 918. Since it went on sale, the 918 Spyder has been developed further and the production 918 will come with 4WD courtesy of its electric motors – one delivering 154hp (rear) and the other 127hp (front) – which, combined with 608hp from its 4.6 litre V8, promises 0-62mph in 2.8 seconds (and 7 seconds on just the electric motors) and on to 211mph. The new 91 microsite reveals Porsche’s self-imposed challenge was to beat the Carrera GT by at least 10 seconds on the Nurburgring, and there’s video of the 918 out playing at the Nurburgring, as well as plenty of photos and detail on exactly what the 918 offers.
