Vintage Old School Motorcycle Racing Open Face
Shield, Clear, 1960s Era, NEW
This is the clear face shield that we all used to snap onto our Bell open faced Magnum (football or jet fighter pilot style) motorcycle or racing helmet back in the 1960s. It is in perfect, new-old-stock, unused condition.
It shows minor shelf wear but no scuffing on the front or back surfaces, just a little haze on one corner, not visible in any of the photos, plus a little chip, just barely visible, on one top corner edge. The darker spots in the photos are shadows of the snaps caused by my flash.
It would also be perfect for vintage racing (sports cars) if they allow them, or just pleasant touring if that’s what you like.
Marked “Javelin Inc, A-21” and “ Z-87.1 & V-8” and is ready to mount.

Drivers undecided over 20mph zones
Thu, 15 May 2014DRIVERS are against the idea of a blanket 20mph speed limit on urban roads but are open to their targeted use, according to research published today by road safety charity, Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM). Half of drivers from the UK are against a blanket 20mph speed limit with less than a third willing to embrace the idea and a fifth undecided. Male drivers are more likely to be against the idea than female.
