Alfa Romeo 4C Launch Editions arrive with first owners The Alfa 4C seems like its taken a very long time to arrive, but the first 4Cs are now in the hands of their owners with Alfa making a bit of a show of the first deliveries of the Alfa 4C launch edition. Local authorities cashing in with CCTV fines

Councils are turning to CCTV cameras and spy cars to raise £312m in revenue, that’s according to Traffic Spies, a report published by civil liberties group, Big Brother Watch. At the upcoming Frankfurt motor show, Audi will announce a new A8 with more powerful engines, lighter-weight construction, new assistance systems and Matrix LED headlight technology.
