Vintage original  10" X 13 1/2"  magazine advertisement in fair condition (examine scans before bidding-yellowing) featuring a 1958 CHEVROLET in a HERTZ Rent a car AD.  2nd scan shows all of the AD. 3rd scan shows reverse side AD for CANADA DRY.  Copy in part:"...HERTZ RENTS THE CARS YOU LIKE TO DRIVE!...only $7.85 a day plus 9 cents a mile..." Hearst moves Road & Track

New York publishing house Hearst says it will move the Road & Track magazine editorial offices from Newport Beach, Calif., to Ann Arbor, Mich., home of its other auto-magazine title, Car and Driver. Additionally, Larry Webster has been named editor in chief, replacing Matt DeLorenzo. Webster had been automotive editor of Hearst's Popular Mechanics since January 2010 and before that was the Detroit editor for Popular Mechanics.

The Porsche Cayenne 2010 / 2011 undisguised is ready for a launch at Geneva in March We’ve seen spy shots of the 2011 Porsche Cayenne on a pretty regular basis over the last year as Porsche works to fettle the new Cayenne before a launch at the Geneva Motor Show in March. But with that debut looming we now see shots of the new Porsche Cayenne out and about all but undisguised. Porsche are attempting to address criticisms of the current Cayenne by making the new Cayenne a much more road-focused car and by shedding weight from what is, by any standards, a heavyweight SUV.
