One of a kind, great collector's item! Vintage original AMC AMX lab jacket in white and red. Overall condition is fair. There is a small hole in the right shoulder corner close to the collar. There are also several stain patches throughout the jacket. All of the buttons work great and are intact. The jacket is a Medium chest size (38-40). The jacket is made of 100% cotton, as specified on the label. This jacket does not have a lining. This item is a genuine item and not a reproduction. Vauxhall Adam gets new 1.0 litre 3-cylinder engine, Cascada new new 1.6 SIDI turbo with 197bhp
Thu, 08 Aug 2013Vauxhall Adam & Vauxhall Cascada get new engines Vauxhall (and Opel, for that matter) are on a mission to fit new, more powerful and more efficient engines in cars across their range, and new engines are on their way for the Vauxhall Adam and the new Cascada. The Vauxhall Adam gets a new 1.0 litre 3-cylinder engine from GM’s SGE (Small Gasoline Engine) family that will ultimately offer 3 and 4-cylinder engines up to 1.6 litres. The 1.0 litre 3-pot for the Adam gets 113bhp and 122lb/ft of torque (it’s Vauxhall’s take on the hugely successful 1.0 litre EcoBoost Ford are busy introducing across their range) mated to a new six-speed gearbox.
New Range Rover gets Bridge of Weir Leather
Mon, 22 Oct 2012The new Range Rover (2013) is getting its sumptuous leather interior courtesy of Bridge of Weir Low Carbon Leathers Land Rover’s supplier of choice for the Range Rover’s leather is Bridge of Weir Leather Company, part of the Scottish Leather Group and a privately owned Scottish Company that just happens to be the UK’s only automotive leather manufacturer (although they may need to rephrase that in a couple of years if Alex Salmond gets his way). The big shout is that Bridge of Weir’s leathers are low carbon, but what’s more interesting than the trendy (and, some would say, pointless) shout out is just how efficient Bridge of Weir are. The Bridge of Weir factory has its own Thermal Energy Plant which provides 70 per cent of its needs (and will provide it all by 2015) and all the waste products are recycled instead of being discarded.
VW XL1 (2013) 314mpg eco-car heads for production

VW has confirmed the 313mpg XL1 will be built in limited numbers, around 50 of which are earmarked for UK sale. It's an expensive way to save money on fuel though: projected prices for the XL1 run into six figures.
