Vintage RHF Fender Mirror Marked " British Made " Circa: 1950's An classic fender mirror with original chrome finish, signs of wear and age but in good condition and restorable. This fender mirror will need rechroming and does not include a screw or bolt. A spare part from my restoration project that was not required. Would fit any English classic on the passenger side. I guarantee the authenticity of this part as described and this is not a modern reproduction. BMW X4 confirmed for production in 2014
Mon, 16 Jan 2012More details have emerged about BMW's forthcoming X4. As previously reported by CAR, the new 2014 X4 is in essence a baby X6 - a sort of squashed coupe-cum-4x4 to appeal to outward-going types. Now Frank-Peter Arndt, BMW's board member in charge of production, has confirmed the new BMW X4 will be built at Plant Spartanburg in South Carolina, USA.
Breakeryard designs 'Woman-Proof' car
Thu, 21 Nov 2013Breakeryard, the UK's network of national breakers, has designed a garish pink ‘Woman-Proof' concept car with the aim of making parking easier for ‘non-confident' female drivers. In an exercise with its tongue firmly in its cheek Breakeryard has not only designed, but also commissioned some mock-ups of a car to combat problems highlighted in a survey of 1,421 female drivers. ‘Peripheral visibility' was identified as a problem by 44 percent of respondents, so the concept has a bubble-top design to combat this, which would be framed by a reinforced structure for safety purposes.
