This listing is for a used OTC Monitor. Model 3460 and an OTC 391 page Tools and Techniques Manual. Made by the Owatonna Tool Company, Owatonna, MN For GM vehicles in the early 1980’s. This monitor is a hand-held microprocessor based service tool that is designed to quickly scan the various circuit outputs that utilize the GM vehicle Assembly Line Communication Link (ALCL) connector. This will display the trouble codes stored in the vehicles ECM (Electronic Control Module). Specific for the C-3 systems used in 1981-1984 GM vehicles. Includes plastic case, instruction booklet (Copyright 1983) ,poster and OTC tools and Technique Manual. The tools I list are from my brother who was a mechanic for over 40 years (mostly for Ford Motor) all are used but in good working order. Need more pictures or have questions ? Please ask. Thu, 03 Apr 2014The new Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV (pictured) goes on sale in the UK The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV arrived at the Paris Motor Show in 2012, and although it’s already available in Europe it’s only now going on sale in the UK. And it does offer a compelling package. Mitsubishi say the Outlander PHEV is the most practical vehicle qualifying for the UK’s £5,000 grant for low emission cars, and instead of charging really silly prices for their new plug-in hybrid Mitsubishi have pitched it so buyers pay no more at entry-level (after the grant) than they would for its diesel equivalent.
Bentley SUV confirmed for production

It obviously didn’t seem like a big deal to the reporter at Staffordshire’s Sentinel newspaper when a Bentley employee told them that the Bentley SUV was going in to production and would guarantee employment for the next 14 years. But it is a big deal.
