This listing is for a used OTC Monitor. Model 3460 and an OTC 391 page Tools and Techniques Manual. Made by the Owatonna Tool Company, Owatonna, MN For GM vehicles in the early 1980’s. This monitor is a hand-held microprocessor based service tool that is designed to quickly scan the various circuit outputs that utilize the GM vehicle Assembly Line Communication Link (ALCL) connector. This will display the trouble codes stored in the vehicles ECM (Electronic Control Module). Specific for the C-3 systems used in 1981-1984 GM vehicles. Includes plastic case, instruction booklet (Copyright 1983) ,poster and OTC tools and Technique Manual. The tools I list are from my brother who was a mechanic for over 40 years (mostly for Ford Motor) all are used but in good working order. Need more pictures or have questions ? Please ask. Donato Coco announced as new Ferrari Design Chief

It is a move that fills the void left by Frank Stephenson, who earlier this year moved to head the Fiat, Lancia and Light Commercial Vehicles styling center. "Coco will have the job of stimulating and directing the creativity of Ferrari's partners, which in terms of styling include our historic partnership with Pininfarina," Ferrari said.
