HONESTY IS MY #1 POLICY-

Overview - Most of what I sell are used items and may have some normal wear and tear, any defects beyond this I will describe them and/or show them in the pictures. Some items that I am unable to test or I’m selling on behalf of someone else and don’t know enough details about an item. In these listings I will disclose this lack of information and write it blatantly in the item description (e.g. “not sure of its working condition”). This does not mean item does not work or is broken and I will still refund your payment if item is defective. If there is ever a problem with an item I will do everything in my power to make it right. I am not out to try and pull any fast-ones on anybody but mistakes although rare do happen. Please contact me immediately with any problems with an item before leaving negative or neutral feedback, I will make it right.

Questions about an item – Please allow 24 hours for me to respond to any questions as I am not able to get to a computer during the day and sometimes I don’t work a normal schedule. Some items I will leave my phone number in the item description and I suggest you call me rather than send me an email if I leave my number. Please read the description carefully as the answer to your question may be in the description.

Payments – Please pay for items in a timely manner, I prefer paypal for shippable items but will also accept checks on a case by case basis. You must contact me first before bidding if you plan on paying with a check. If you pay for an item with a check I will not ship the item until the payment clears and this can take up to 10 business days from receipt of payment. Larger items that will be picked up (cars, trucks, trailers, atvs, jetskis, etc.) will be paid for in cash at time of pickup. Sometimes I will require a deposit for a pick up only item paid via paypal immediately after end of auction or listing, please see item description for exact payment details.

 

Shipping – Please use Shipping Calculator to determine shipping cost for items not being shipped flat rate. I have provided the calculator with necessary and accurate shipping information. If shipping price seems high please keep in mind that rates and fees are continually rising, shippers round up to the nearest pound and shippers also have extra fees to deliver to addresses in the middle of no-where. To help keep costs down I recycle and reuse shipping materials and for items over 13 oz. or items that don’t fit in a USPS small flat rate box I only charge $1.00 for handling* to help cover my additional costs (packing tape, gas, time, etc).    ⁺ I prefer to ship USPS and I will provide tracking numbers, Look for the tracking number in your ebay summary. Shipping insurance upon request and paid by the buyer. Upon request UPS is still an option if you would like free shipping insurance up to $100. Items that fit will ship in a USPS medium or large flat rate box but UPS shipping is an option upon request. Keep in mind when I calculate weight and dimensions of an item to be shipped the weight is the item + packaging materials weight, and dimensions are the dimensions of the packaging. I package in the smallest package possible (taking care to protect delicate items) to keep costs down as much as possible. *I will not ship out of the United States because I get burned on the shipping time and time again or customs holds up the package and I get nasty emails from people. The only negative feedback I ever received was due to a lost package in customs going to Australia and another from a bad ebayer leaving malicious feedback because I canceled the transaction and refunded his payment because I wouldn’t ship outside the US. Packages do get lost sometimes though it is few and far between, if this happens to your item please allow me time to contact the shipper and determine that it is lost for good before I refund your payment, thanks. If I offer delivery in a listing please contact me first before bidding or buying to confirm that I will be able to deliver to your location. Delivery of an item is not guaranteed and I reserve the right to cancel (without notice) any bids from bidders that I’m not able to deliver to.

* I would rather not charge a handling fee for shipping materials but due to ebay and paypal continually raising seller fees, listing fees and final value fees it has become expensive to sell here. Thanks for understanding, Tyler

Returns - If there is a major defect with an item that I have not described in the listing and the pictures don’t show such a defect I will take back the item and refund the buyers payment plus half of the return shipping cost. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of item. If the buyer is not satisfied with an item that has been described fully, accurately and pictures that show any wear, tear or defect (within reason), the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of item.
