ITEM CONDITIONS
All items’ imperfections and/or condition descriptions that we know of are photographed and/or listed in the description. Pictures are considered part of the description.
Items listed as “USED” will either be fully tested and working, power tested only, or untested because we do not have the facilities to do so. Any testing performed will be included in the description.
Items marked “FOR PARTS OR REPAIR” have either been tested and are not working with broken parts or components, or partially working, or cannot be tested because we do not have all the parts or components necessary to do so. Any testing performed will be included in the description. “FOR PARTS OR REPAIR” items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Specifications as to the nature or condition of the item are clearly disclosed in each description. “FOR PARTS OR REPAIR” items are intended for Professional Buyers and for Parts or Repair only. Do not assume that “FOR PARTS OR REPAIR” items will function or be an easy fix.
PAYMENTS
Immediate payment is required upon selecting "BUY IT NOW" or upon checking out through the cart.
Payment within 3 days is required for “BEST OFFER.”
Payment within 7 days is required for AUCTION.
If we do not receive a cleared payment within the time frames listed above, transaction will be cancelled and the item will be relisted for sale.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
ALL items are shipped within 1 business day, unless the post offices are closed due to holidays. We will combine shipping on multiple purchases. Tracking number is provided for each shipment.
U.S. Buyers
Most of our items come with Free Shipping and we reserve the right to choose and/or change the postal services to ship the product. In majority of the cases it will be FedEx or USPS. However, if you want to pay for shipping by yourself in order to expedite it, please let us know before you make a purchase so we can list an updated price.
Free Shipping is provided only to lower 48 states, buyers from ALASKA and non-continental U.S. states have to contact us for final shipping costs and see if you eligible for any discounts.
In cases when the shipping is Paid by Buyer, the shipping method can be selected upon checkout. If you have a special request or advice on how do you want us to ship the item or if you would like to select a different shipping service, please contact us BEFORE you make a purchase. We will be happy to provide that service if it is available in our area.
We use EBAY shipping services (that comes with delivery confirmation) so please make sure your shipping address is correct on your EBAY account. Again, we ship to the address on your EBAY account, not your PAYPAL.
International Buyers
International shipments may require buyer to pay customs fees. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. The seller is not responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes that may be required by the customs and post office. Please check with your country’s customs and post offices to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “GIFTS” – U.S. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Local Pick Ups
We are located in Seattle, WA and will gladly provide the pick-up address upon request. If the item was not originally listed for local pick up, but you happen to leave in Seattle area and would like to pick it up locally, please contact us prior to making a purchase in order for us to give you discounted price.
RETURNS
If you wish to request a return, please ensure you contact us within 14 days of delivery. If the product is damaged, defective or not as described it can be returned within 14 days. If your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item, not as described), we will provide free return shipping. However, if your return is not the result of our error (changed the mind, didn’t fit, etc.) you will be responsible for the return postage fee plus a restocking fee of 15%.
Some Items that are sold SEALED will NOT be accepted for a return if the seal is broken. Such items will have this rule clearly stated in the description.
We do NOT accept any returns on items listed with condition “FOR PARTS OR REPAIR.”
Return Frauds
All items sent out are marked and serial number and/or manufacture number are recorded to avoid return fraud. Therefore, we can easily identify if the returned item is not our own.
