Up for auction is a vintage RC Allen Instruments Indicator Directional Gyro, model # RCA11A-8 Input 4.5 Inch Hg recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia, PA area. It is found in what appears as good used condition. I have no way to test such a item so it is offered "as found", without any warranty. It carries a February 12, 1997 date stamped on the side. The only condition issue to discus is that there appears to be moisture under the glass. An unusual collectible. Just 499 will be built. And if you want to invest money in a new Ferrari, the 458 Speciale A will be a good shout; with just 499 being built (just like LaFerrari) it’s almost certain these rare 458s will appreciate in the coming years – just like the 599 Aperta has (although there were even fewer of those).
