You are buying a used vintage RobRon Rupp Chaparral. This kart might be about 14-15 years old now. This kart was offered new at the beginning of the vintage kart era around the millenium year. The seat on the kart is a replacement. You will be receiving the black seat with no white piping. Snaps will have to be added. It will make a great kart out there for anybody wanting to get into vintage karting. Check pictures for condition. Kart can be dismantled and shipped UPS for about $150 complete. I can also get it delivered to an event if you want to save on the shipping. I will be going to Adkins Ohio in August and TBO Fremont Ohio Labor Day weekend and Roebling Road Georgia in the fall. Jaguar XF is ‘Car of the Decade’
Mon, 22 Oct 2012The Southern Guild of Motoring Writers has declared the Jaguar XF the car of the decade at the SGMW’s 10th anniversary event. Designed by Ian Callum, under Ford’s ownership, the XF demonstrated that Jaguar had finally realised that building cars that were a pastiche of past glories was no longer enough to guarantee sales. Under the skin, much of the Jaguar XF carried over from its predecessor – the Jaguar S Type – but it was in the execution that the XF demonstrated it was capable of giving Jaguar new life.

Goodwood Revival – with Mr Bean
Fri, 28 Aug 2009Rowan Atkinson as Mr Bean will feature at this year's Goodwood Revival But one big petrolhead – who is a Goodwood regular – is Rowan Atkinson, and Goodwood has persuaded him to recreate the Mr Bean sketch – for it is Rowan who is Mr Bean – driving a Mini whilst seated on the roof ,utilising a variety of household articles to control the Mini from a comfy armchair. I can’t confess to being a Mr Bean fan (although I adore Black Adder), but Mr Bean has made Rowan a very rich man, so I’m sure it will prove a big draw. Apart from his daily sketch recreation, Rowan will be driving a 1965 Austin Mini Cooper S in the St Mary’s Trophy saloon car race, which this year is all-Mini and recreates a Mini race that took place at Goodwood in the early sixties.
