Motor Codes had 11,500 garage users rate their experience of of customer service in garages across the UK, and Sturgess came out on top in the Main dealer Franchise gong thanks to its “transparent, customer-focused approach and its all-round efforts to accommodate all types of customer requirements”.

Lexus targets BMW X3 with new crossover

LEXUS is set to join the mid-size crossover fray when it launches the NX at the Beijing Motor Show later this month. Lexus has revealed its new LS model range, consisting of the LS 460, LS 600h and, for the first time ever, an F Sport version of its flagship model. The new LS is the latest development of Lexus' model range, seeing more than 3,000 changes made to the current LS, responding to customer feedback throughout its development. The inverted trapezoidal upper grille and slanted lower grille - first seen on the GS sedan - are integrated into one element.
