Vintage Stewart Warner Green Line Bullet Gauges

This is a nice pair of super clean SW gauges.  Both are green line.
One is a Cylindar Head Temperature gauge that goes from 200-500 degrees.
The other is a Volts gauge from 10-16 volts.
Both gauges are in very nice condition with the original mounting hardware.

Each Gauge is 3" Diameter by 4" Length.

I have seen some SW gauges, but never this bullet style!

As we said at the time, it makes you wonder why people buy more expensive ‘Prestige’ estates when the Superb offers so much. I guess it’s just badge-snobbery.

Ford will use the next-generation Explorer to introduce inflatable seatbelts for rear passengers. According to Ford, the inflatable seatbelt will help distribute crash forces across five times more body area, compared with traditional seatbelts.

Audi S1 becomes Audi A1 1.4 TFSI

Tue, 21 Sep 2010

The Audi S1 becomes the Audi A1 1.4 TFSI Audi let it leak they were working on making a hot version of the Audi A1, and we fully expected that the Audi S1 would turn up at the Paris Motor Show. So when we heard that Audi had confirmed – but without detail – that the Audi S1 would be at Paris everything made sense, apart from the lack of detail. But now we know why we got no detail – Audi has backtracked on the S1 and has instead planted the oily bits from the Polo GTI in to an A1 and Christened it the Audi A1 1.4 TFSI.
