This is a cool old Richarson dead man throttle. It is used. There is a broken/missing piece of aluminum that holds the lock rod in place. I am sure some one could weld a new little piece to hold the rod from flopping around. It does work.

Ferrari auction raises funds for Japan relief

More than 200 people participated in a Ferrari charity auction, which raised more than 500,000 euros, or about $723,000 at current exchange rates. Proceeds will benefit the city of Ishinomaki, which was severely hit by the earthquake in Japan in March.
