New in Package SET OF 8 Montgomery Ward Riverside Hi Performance Spark Plugs Montgomery Ward # 61-14624 These have a Tapered Seat with no Gasket I found these in the trunk of an old Cadillac They don't fit a Cadillac More than likely for a Chrysler, maybe Ford but not the large thread diameter of the old Fords I've always had And, possibly for Mopar and a few GM's I know a lot you collect spark plugs so if anyone can tell me definitively what these fit, please send me a message! It would be greatly appreciated! "XPP 14624" is on each spark plug along with "Made in USA" Very cool to collect or a heck of a spark plug if this fits your application If my memory serves me, Champion made these for Montgomery Ward and it seems like the packaging was out of the early 70's. Sat, 06 Aug 2011Toyota RAV4 EV - Made in canada There was a bit of a kerfuffle last month when a Toyota man went on record to say that Toyota would not be making an electric RAV4 that you and I could buy and that instead the electric RAV4 would be “…focused on very strategic applications”. We took that to mean business fleets. But it soon transpired that the Toyota man - Toyota’s National Business Planning Manager – has not been speaking with the authority, and Toyota were quick to respond by saying “…2012 RAV4 EV will definitely be sold to the general public”.
Honday Odyssey minivan recalled due to fire risk
Mon, 17 Mar 2014Honda is recalling some 886,815 Odyssey minivans manufactured between 2005 and 2010, citing a risk of fire due to a possible fuel leak. The cause of the recall, which was announced on the NHTSA website on March 13, is a a cover on the fuel pump strainer which Honda believes can deteriorate and crack. The manufacturer stated that the fault can lead to a fuel smell or to a fuel leak which would pose a risk of fire.
NHTSA upgrades probe into Jeep fuel tanks
Thu, 14 Jun 2012The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has upgraded its investigation into the fuel tank on three Jeep models to an engineering analysis, another step toward what could become a recall. Safety advocates say the location of the fuel tank, mounted behind the rear axle, makes it prone to catching fire in the event of a rear crash. The investigation covers Jeep Grand Cherokees built between 1993 and 2004, Jeep Cherokees built between 1993 and 2001, and Jeep Liberty SUVs built between 2002 and 2007.
