Vintage Shasta Lo-flyte Camper 13" Rim (1) on 2040-parts.com
Dixon, Illinois, US
Parting out a vintage Shasta Lo-Flyte camper. Not sure of the year, but I believe it's from the late 60's - the LP tank has a date of 7-67.
Here is a 13" rim that was removed from this camper. It is solid and straight. I cleaned up the inside and gave it a coat of white Rustoleum primer. This rim had a little surface rust on the inside of the rim which cleaned up nicely. The front and back of the rim has considerable surface rust as well as some deeper rust with pitting. Rim width looks to be 4 1/2". The final pic (it was hard to get the camera to show the details) is attempting to show what is imprinted on the rim:

Range Rover 4.4 TDV8 Review & Road Test (2011 MY) part 2
Sat, 04 Dec 2010Range Rover 4.4 TDV8 - interiors get no better As we said when we reviewed the 3.6 Range Rover recently, you really can’t compare the Range Rover to anything else, and certainly not to any other SUV. Probably the best comparison is with cars like the Bentley Mulsanne or the Rolls Royce Ghost. That might seem a bit daft – after all, they’re huge, luxury saloons, not SUVs – but really, it’s the only valid comparison.
Jaguar Land Rover strong September sales thanks to Evoque & XF 2.2
Sat, 08 Oct 2011JLR Sales up in September thanks to XF 2.2 & Evoque We’ve had cause to take Jaguar Land Rover (well, Jaguar) to task lately for disappointing sales, particularly in the US and the UK. So it seems only fair, after dishing out disapprobation, that we should balance that with a story about a decent set of sales figures for JLR in September, especially in the face of weakening sales from other manufacturers in the UK. Unsurprisingly – although how long it will last is debatable – China was the strongest performer for Jaguar, certainly in percentage terms, with a rise of 156 per cent for Jaguar and 85 per cent for Land Rover and year on year figures up 60 per cent.
One Lap of the Web: Brazilian Volkswagens and unnecessary Volkswagens
Thu, 26 Sep 2013-- Ever seen a Volkswagen SP2? It's a Brazil-only model made between 1972 and 1976 because, at the time, the Brazilian market was closed to imports. Just over 10,000 examples were made, and some have made their way to the U.S.
