THEY ARE CHROME WITH THE BASE  BEING ADJUSTABLE TO BE AT AN ANGLE UP-DOWN OR STRAIGHT. THE OVER ALL LENGTH IS 4 1/2"  THEY WOULD MAKE GREAT TURN LIGHTS.
