[DESCRIPTION] For your consideration is a Vintage Simpson Blue Motorcycle Helmet w/Visor, 1980's MOTO. This is a nice helmet with light outer wear that includes some superficial scrapes and scratches. The inside of the helmet is still relatively in tact, the only thing that really requires attention is the foam around the mouth guard, it has come off and will need to be re-applied with adhesive (I preserved this piece for that purpose). This is a Medium size helmet that probably measures about a 7 1/4".

[DISCLAIMER] The item's description is based on the physical characteristics and subjective opinions of the seller. I have tried to describe this item to the best of my ability. Please ask questions prior to bidding. I will attempt to answer them quickly, and above all " HONESTLY ". I am not a subject matter expert but do offer all bidders an honest and accurate description based on the limited information and perspective that I have. Further, I trust and rely on thoughtful questions from perspective buyers, collectors, and experts. If you're unclear or uncomfortable about the description or subjective details of an auction item, please bid with discretion as your decision is no doubt a calculated risk. All items are offered " AS - IS " with " NO - RESERVE ". Payment is due within 3 days of the auction close. I do not require insurance, but will accept no responsibility for lost or damaged shipments without insurance being purchased. I feel that is only fair.

[TERMS_OF_BIDDING] Please contact me prior to bidding if you are an: International bidder, bidder with fewer than 5 prior transactions, and/or a bidder with less than a 97% feedback rating. I certainly will not exclude you from bidding on the basis of the aforementioned criteria, but want to ensure that both buyer and seller have adequate safeguards and expectations with respect to a transaction.

[SHIPPING] I am always happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases. I will ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. I prefer USPS Priority Shipping for items weighing less than 4lbs. Packages weighing more than 4lbs will typically be shipped via USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Although I can’t be responsible for time in transit, I will track each and every package I ship. I will provide Insurance upon request.

[RETURNS] All Items are sold 'As Is'. In the unlikely event that an item was not described accurately or did not meet your expectations I will do my best to work out an acceptable resolution. Returns and costs associated with returns will be the responsibility of the returner, unless otherwise specified.

[FEEDBACK] Negative, poor, and/or neutral feedback can and should be avoided if the final outcome is a win/win for buyer and seller

[PAYMENT] If you are unable to make a payment within 72 hours of the completion of the auction, please communicate what your intent and method of payment will be and I will extend the courtesy of more time. However, if I have not received payment and/or communication of any sort within 72 hours I will re-list the item and seek compensation for the fees.

Honda to offer second-gen Element

Mon, 14 Dec 2009

Although the Element has been a disappointing seller, Honda plans to offer a second generation of its quirky crossover rather than treat it as an experiment. The company is hitting a key demographic with the Element that it does not reach with the vehicle's platform sibling, the CR-V, said John Mendel, American Honda Motor Co. executive vice president.
