This sissybar assembly is a blast from the past. It fits sportsers, fx shovelheads and many custom applications. Iy is 7 3/4 wide Inner diameter. The bolt holes are 10.5 apart and the bar is 19 inches tall frome the bottom to the top. They do not make them like this anymore. It does have rust on it. It is probably 25-30 years old.

Weather still causing commuter chaos

A number of major road routes were affected by flooding or by fallen trees, while one lane was closed on the M48 Severn Bridge due to strong winds and a section of the M77 in Glasgow was closed because of flooding. A landslip at Hawick on the Scottish Borders led to hold-ups on the A7, while a section of the A36 in Hampshire was closed due to a fallen tree and fallen power cables.
