Manufacturer Part Number:Sissy Bar
This is a cool old vintage swing arm sissy bar. It has side brackets that appear to have been modified to fit something, but who knows what. This listing is for the bar upright that is 20" tall and 8 1/4" on the outside width. That is typical for Sportster and Shovelhead models. The brackets are included but they have been cut and modified so new /different brackets will probably be needed. The bar has a cool crusty vintage look, but could be polished if desired. Pictures show condition. Verify the deminisions of your application to determine fitment.
The black factory finish is in good condition. It has a couple of very small scratches consistent with light use. The left side plate has the remnants of a pressure sensative adhisive label which can be removed with hot soapy water (pic 2).

FRESH from its world debut at the Cowley plant in which it will be built, the new third-generation Mini has made its Asian debut at the Tokyo Motor Show. Both the modern Mini, and before it the original Issigonis Mini, are extremely popular in Japan where its strong British identity and high degree of personalisation hold strong appeal. The third generation version will build on that with its enhanced looks and specification.

The track-focused, but road-legal, Jaguar XKR-S GT is aimed just at North America, but Jaguar will build it for the UK if there’s demand. When we reported the arrival of the XKR-S GT last week, we knew the new Jag was being offered in the US (25 cars) and Canada (5 cars) but we didn’t know what the numbers where for the rest of the world. It turns out, at the moment, that the North American run is all there is.

The trouble with Chrysler: the background
In 1996 when Chrysler opened its $1.1bn headquarters in Auburn Hills, 30 miles north of Detroit, executives joked that if things didn’t work out, they could always sell it as a shopping mall. Following DaimlerChrysler’s annual press conference on 14 February, local realtors are, no doubt, sneaking in to take measurements. Chrysler Group announced a staggering operating loss of $1.5 billion for 2006, and in the subsequent question time, DaimlerChrysler’s CEO Dieter Zetsche said the company ‘will examine far-reaching strategic options with partners’.
