2013 VW Beetle Convertible arrives

Thu, 04 Oct 2012

The new 2013 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible has been revealed ahead of a launch at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November. The new Beetle Convertible is due to bow in at the LA Auto Show in November  but VW obviously decided it was pragmatic to get an early reveal out of the way before the new Bug soft top trickled on to the Interwebs of its own accord. Porsche 918 Spyder: Pre-production prototype revealed

Tue, 15 May 2012

Porsche 918 Spyder Prototype Porsche has revealed the pre-production prototype of the 918 Spyder hybrid supercar, successor to the Carrera GT. The Porsche 918 Spyder – Porsche’s successor to the Carrera GT – is now entering the final stage of its development with the reveal of the Porsche 918 Spyder Prototype. If you look through the camouflage Porsche has given the 918 – a camouflage inspired by the Porsche 917 Racing livery – you can see the changes Porsche has made to the original concept and what will, in all probability, be the final look for the 918.

Ford B-Max concept (2011) at 2011 Geneva motor show

Mon, 28 Feb 2011

If ever a concept car was just a thinly disguised production car, this is it – this is the Ford B-Max, just unveiled on the eve of the 2011 Geneva motor show. That’s right, and when the B-Max goes on sale in early 2012 it’ll finally be time to bid goodbye to the bland Fusion. On the outside the styling is the latest iteration of Ford’s ‘kinetic design’ DNA, and mixes S-Max, C-Max, Focus and Fiesta elements to create a decent looking little MPV.
