According to ebay I should lower my price. Ach Mein Gott, why don't I just give this stuff away. Please note the new lower price on this item. If this was at the old Chevy dealership auction in Pierce NE this morning it would of sold for $2,500.00. Getting cooler now so you might need this? I was planning on tossing this item in the dumpster but I cannot do it. Way too nice to scrap it. It seems to me if you want to sell anything on ebay you damn near have to give it away. I actually believe that just the parts in the box are worth what I am asking. From a museum auction in the wilds of eastern SD. Appears to be genuine new old stock but the are no guarantees of this. Sold as is where is. Study the photos then decide. Original box with all the fittings in the bottom. Does have some minor scuffs as the photos will show. With a bit of cleaning (your job, not mine) you could have a nice vintage heater for your classic auto or even a rat rod.

VW Golf R Launched
Tue, 15 Sep 2009The Volkswagen Golf R has launched at Frankfurt Update 31/10/09: VW Golf R UK Detail now released. We reported yesterday on much of the detail on the new Golf R, but the Golf is such a big deal for so many that we thought we ought to re-iterate, throw in a few pictures of the Golf R on the floor at Frankfurt and re-cap on the goodies on offer. The Golf R gets the same powerplant as the Scirocco R, but it also adds Volkswagen’s 4Motion AWD to the mix.

Thu, 06 Feb 2014The 2014 BMW X3 (pictured) gets a facelift and new engines The current version of the BMW X3 SUV has been with us for more than three years, so BMW are giving it a bit of a mid-cycle facelift and more frugal engines to keep the X3 on top of its – very successful – game. Engines on offer for the 2014 X3 include the 2.0 litre diesel in the sDrive18d which offers 148bhp and 56.8mpg and the 187bhp in the X3 xDrive20d which returns 52.3mpg, the xDrive30d – which gets the 3.0 litre diesel unit – with 254bhp and 47.9mpg and the X3 xDrive35 which has an impressive 309bhp but still manages official economy of 47.1mpg. When it comes to the cosmetic facelift bits, BMW hasn’t really pushed the boat out, but the new X3 does get a new headlight design which is sleeker, new front and rear bumpers and a new surround for the kidney grill, which all contrive to make the new X3 look even more like a baby X5.
Mercedes CLS Shooting Brake Goodwood FoS debut
Mon, 28 May 2012The estate version of the Mercedes-Benz CLS – the Mercedes CLS Shooting Brake – will debut at the 2012 Goodwood Festival of Speed. The Mercedes CLS Shooting Brake – well, a concept CLS SB – bowed in at the Beijing Motor Show in 2010 and although we’ve seen it running around the roads, it’s seemed no closer to production. But it looks like Mercedes has now had long enough to play with the oxymoron that is a coupe estate and the CLS Shooting Brake will get its debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed at the end of June.
