Audi Urban Concept City Car first photos
Sun, 28 Aug 2011Audi Urban Concept City Car - first photos It’s hard to know exactly what Audi plans to do with their City Car - the Audi Urban Concept – once they’ve rolled it out to the world at Frankfurt 2011. Are they planning to put the diminutive electric Audi go-kart in to production? We really don’t know, but if they are, it’s a while away; we’ve been getting e-Tron concepts for an age with no concrete sign of their arrival, so any production Urban Concept from Audi is not going to happen quickly.
Toyota GT86 Convertible (the Toyota FT-86 Concept) at Tokyo with roof up
Fri, 15 Nov 2013The Toyota FT-86 Open Concept (pictured) gets a roof and new paint job for Tokyo 2013 The Toyota FT-86 Open Concept (effectively a roadster version of the GT86) made an appearance earlier this year at the Geneva Motor Show, and now Toyota are lining up a new version of the FT-86 for their home show in Tokyo. The FT-86 Open may be billed as a concept, but it’s clear Toyota are keen to see the GT86 Roadster go in to production, and the latest FT-86 for Tokyo demonstrates that with a new paint job and the first views of the fabric roof in place. Complementing the FT-86′s new red paint job it gets door handles, windscreen surround and door mirrors in contrasting grey and the interior gets a set of red carpets.
New BMW X5 gets a range of M Performance goodies
Sun, 01 Dec 2013The new BMW X5 gets a range of M Performance goodies It wouldn’t be a BMW unless you could make it look like it can go faster, even when it can’t. So it’s good news for buyers of the new BMW X5 that they can opt for the cheapest, and least powerful, X5 sDrive25d and adorn it with enough goodies from the new X5 M Performance option list to make it look like it’d eat an X5 M50d for breakfast. But its not just the lowliest model in the new X5 range that can have any of the new M Performance parts bolted on; BMW will be happy for you to bolt on the extras to anything from the sDrive25d to the xDrive50i.
