Solid fork clamps from 1980-81 Suzuki RM100. Some rust on bottom, steel clamp, and bolts as seen in pictures, but everything is in functional shape, and could be used as it sits. Could be restored nicely if wanted. Threads for front number plate usable. Look closely at pictures to determine condition, and let me know if you have questions. These are for 35mm. forks. The two-seater Mini Coupé Concept, which will be displayed for the first time at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show, represents a dual effort by Mini to tap into the sports car market currently hogged by the Mazda MX-5.
Early Mercedes sells for £720,000
Thu, 05 Dec 2013ONE OF the oldest surviving Mercedes cars has sold at auction for an astronomical fee. The Mercedes Simplex 28/32 HPs Phaeton eventually sold for £720,000 at the Coys auction house True Greats sale in London. Still in complete and roadworthy condition, the car was reported to be in superb, drivable condition before its sale, which was the first time it had been auctioned in its near-109-year life.
