This is a tin cover for a steering wheel car horn (center button.) This is just the thin tin cover! It says "Plymouth" in tiny letters at the bottom and has 2 tiny holes at 10:00 and 2:00 O' clock; please check all of my pics carefully to see all detail; I don't know how old this item is---a few decades I'd guess. It measures 3 3/8" diameter and is a thin tin piece with the pressed in logo, then painted. Condition: This item does show surface scratching and paint wear on the front and some corrosion on the back.
