Vintage Triumph Pre Unit Rigid Rebuilt Transmission 350 500 650 T100 3t 5t 6t on 2040-parts.com
Los Gatos, California, US
I bought a bunch of stuff from a retiring motocross and road racer. Some Norton Manx stuff, come CZ, Triumph, Ariel, Ducati stuff and so on. So while I started cleaning out my vintage motocross and flat track stuff now I have stuff that I know little to nothing about.
So what I have in this auction here is:
- a vintage Triumph pre unit rigid transmission
- still has the tag on it that says rebuilt
- And as seen in the first picture supposedly fits 350, 500, 650, T100, 3T, 5T, 6T, and TR5 models
- Says Standard ratio with an 18 tooth sprocket on it.
- Very clean. Sat in a garage for years. Spins freely
- Some steel wool would make these look very nice.
- Perfect to restore your vintage Triumph, Norton, BSA, Ariel or whatever pre unit motor you want to mate this to.
- Feel free to make an offer as I have no idea what this would go for - I just know what Rabers would charge you to rebuild one!!!!!!
- Not exactly sure what year it is but it says 1949 - 1954 - you decide by the pictures.
- $32 shipping in the USA - Pickup is always welcome.
What you see is what you are bidding on!! Thanks for looking and bid early and often!!!
There is just no way to guess shipping costs worldwide...... so....
If you are an international bidder please wait for an invoice before you pay so I can get a more accurate shipping cost!!
Not responsible for uninsured shipments. Will not ship overseas without insurance.

Porsche 911 GT3 RS (2010) bows in
Wed, 19 Aug 2009The 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 RS will be at the Frankfurt Motor Show As you can probably guess, the first thing the latest GT3 RS gets is a hike in power, courtesy of the move from the old naturally aspirated 3.6 litre to the 3.8 litre you get in the new 911 Turbo, minus the turbos. But that still gives you 450bhp – up 15bhp on the regular GT3 – all of which gets shoved through a shorter ratio six-speed manual box. No nancy-boy paddles shifters here.
New Discovery Sport Teases Seven-Seat Cabin
Wed, 30 Jul 2014LAND ROVER has dropped the biggest hint yet as to the role its new Discovery Sport model will play in the firm’s line-up, with a cheeky nod to the car’s seating layout. Making the unusual point of drawing attention to its prototype cars with dramatic camouflage, the latest set of graphics to adorn the premium compact SUV show an illustration of a third row of seats. This nod to family-centric buyers should ensure plenty of pre-launch interest, as seven-seat cars in this sector of the market are the exception rather than the norm.
