Well I believe this little steering wheel to be used for one of two things. First I would think it would be mounted on the side of a motorized canoe or trout boat and used to control steering on a small electric or gas powered motor. Second, For a vintage Fishing Rig. For what ever reason this unit is just too cool. It has 2 screw clamps for mounting. The aluminum wheel measures 6 1/2 in diameter. I am selling just about everything I own so keep looking at my auctions. Ask questions and thanks for bidding, Jim

So he decided to tackle (heh, punny!) the world of youth football with carbon-fiber and Kevlar helmets that weigh less than 2 pounds and have already started reducing concussions in high school games.

Teen driving: Can computers teach us to drive?

Can technology help us do a better job of training novice drivers? Note the term "novice," which is coming to replace "teen" as the focus of national concern about inexperienced drivers. This stems in part from graduated driver licensing (GDL) laws that have pushed up the age of new drivers and is partially a reflection of recent studies showing that it's not just newly licensed drivers, but all inexperienced drivers younger than 25 who are at higher risk of death or injury in car crashes.
