Any discoloration on this is due to the lighting...it is silver in color. Needs a bit of shining. I could not find a number. Most probably it is for GM, most of my late hubby's collection was. Cannot tell if it has ever been installed or not. As always, it is best for you to verify the part application for accuracy. I do my best, but am no expert. Please remember that NOS does not mean perfect. I try to list every flaw I see, but I do miss some, so if you are not happy, kindly let me know and I will try to make it right. Many of my parts also need cleaning, since we live next to a farm. I do not clean them for fear of damaging them. If you would like to pay by means other than Paypal, Ebay requires that the buyer ask..so feel free to ask. I charge actual shipping costs, including the cost of some supplies, but no handling costs. I try to ship within 24 hours Monday - Friday, but there are times when I am out of town so my listings do show longer handling times to accomodate that.
