Assuming it is for a Volkswagen - -

                    COMBUSTION HEATER # ZVW 255-103 (Z on Label looks like a number 7, but I'm pretty sure it's a 'Z')

  • Acquired from a Sun City West estate sale
  • Since I have never used this & have NO way of doing any testing on it, it is being sold 'as-is'
  • Please view all of my pictures using the zoom/enlarge photo-viewing option & I will then assume that the bidder is aware of what he/she is bidding on ... including the model number
  • The above model number first looked like a 7 ... but then saw what looks like an identical motor with the letter Z .. so I'm going with the ZVW
  • I manually moved the fan blade, so that wasn't seized up
  • That's all I can say about it ... I don't want it back and if buyer does return it, it will be at the buyer's expense
  • I have described it 'as-is' ... I know nothing about it ... so there's no 'not-as-described' option with this one
  • Again ... L@@K at my pictures ... What you see is what you will receive
  • Buyer to pay for FedEX Ground / Home Delivery Shipping cost (Cost - VARIES BY BUYER LOCATION - shown on this page has been automatically calculated by the eBay shipping calculator for a 30 lb package measuring 18 x 18 x 18 and is for the shipping cost from Goodyear Arizona to your specific ZIP CODE only.

I Draw Cars: The sketchbook that puts drawings into perspective

Tue, 14 Jun 2011

I Draw Cars is a project set up by Adam Hubers and Matt Marrocco – both CCS graduates – to encourage designers young and old to pick up their pens and practice that most basic yet powerful tool in their kit: sketching. Their new book features over 100 pages of perspective underlays – from basic views right up to complex three-point – to use as templates with which to practice. Each underlay is printed in non-photo blue, meaning it won't be picked up by a scanner should you choose to drop it into Photoshop.

Good fun at Goodwood

Tue, 06 Jul 2010

The 2010 Goodwood Festival of Speed started with a bang--and a bent Jaguar E-Type. But by the end of the weekend, the festival was being acclaimed by both fans and participants as one of the most successful runnings of the annual event so far. As always, the festival took place at the house and grounds of Lord March's sizeable estate in West Sussex, England, being extended to four days this year by the addition of a new “Moving Motorshow.” This is clearly intended to become a regular fixture and a replacement for Britain's cancelled “International” motor show.

New York publishing house Hearst says it will move the Road & Track magazine editorial offices from Newport Beach, Calif., to Ann Arbor, Mich., home of its other auto-magazine title, Car and Driver. Additionally, Larry Webster has been named editor in chief, replacing Matt DeLorenzo. Webster had been automotive editor of Hearst's Popular Mechanics since January 2010 and before that was the Detroit editor for Popular Mechanics.
