Used. I don't feel any excessive play in throttle shaft. Adjusting screws turn properly. Good candidate to put in a kit or it may work as is.

This vintage Walbro carb was for an Arctic Cat  Snowmobile in the early to mid 1970's 
These were used on Scorpion and early Arctic Cat models equipped with the Kawasaki 
Fan cooled 340, 399 and 440cc engines. 

This carburetor is used and untested.
I don't feel any excessive play in throttle shaft.
Butterflies open & return properly.
Other adjusters turn properly.
Cable end hookups are present as well as the throttle cable housing bracket.
Comes with  Walbro carburetor intake air horn as seen in photos.

Due to be officially unveiled at Geneva 2008, the Golf-based Scirocco has a pleasingly similar exterior to the Iroc concept shown at the 2006 Paris Motor Show, although the concept’s space-age interior has, predictably, undergone the full production watering-down. How cynical.

Hyundai Genesis, Ford F-150 win awards at the Detroit auto show

On Sunday of the Detroit Auto Show, Hyundai Genesis won the 2009 North American Car of the Year award, nipping the Ford Flex by a miniscule nine-point margin. The redesigned Ford F-150 pickup, the odds-on favorite in the truck category, was named 2009 North American Truck of the Year. Genesis beat out the Flex and the third-place finisher, the Volkswagen Jetta TDI, despite being the first Korean car ever nominated for the award.
