MG Icon wins Best Concept: Beijing 2012
Sat, 28 Apr 2012MG Icon at Beijing The MG Icon – an SUV/Crossover Concept – has won the ‘Best Concept’ Award at the Beijing Motor Show from Autoweek Magazine. Just before the Beijing Motor Show kicked off we got the first sketches of the MG Icon, a compact, funky SUV Crossover in the mould of the Nissan Juke with an MGB bonnet and grill. Sounds odd, but looked pretty good.

Thu, 17 Sep 2009The Alfa MiTo Cloverleaf unveiled at Frankfurt The MiTo Cloverleaf gets a hot version of the Fiat 1.4 Multair engine, producing 170bhp and mated to a new six-speed ‘box specially designed to deliver swift gear changes. For some reason Alfa hasn’t released performance figures for the Quadrifoglio, but it should be pretty competitive. Fuel economy is distinctly reasonable at an average 49mpg.

Mon, 05 Jul 2010Volvo has unveiled the new V60 estate car, a sleeker kind of estate from the traditionally boxy Swedes. It's the wagon version of the new S60 and it has overtones of the BMW 3-series Touring in the metal. Trust us; we've seen it.
