Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV Concept S revealed. The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV – the plug-in hybrid version of Mitsubishi’s Outlander – is a terrific buy, if not quite a terrific car, with its plug-in hybrid drivetrain making it a very tax-efficient company car and its price – the same as the diesel alternative – a refreshing surprise.
