It's a Nissan Leaf dolled up in Infiniti finery, and points to the production car coming in the next couple of years. I thought electric cars were all city runabouts.

Board members, meanwhile, suggested we wait until the 2011 Frankfurt motor show to see what performance treats they had planned. But don’t go expecting a Ford Fiesta with a brain. Instead the Milton Keynes experiment will feature compact pods that you can hail via a smartphone app, zipping along pavements at up to 12mph.
