Book cover is quite dirty.  First couple of pages are ragged.  One page is detached. Outer and inner binding is intact.  After the first 5 pages, the rest are actually quite clean though does have an occasional smudge mark.  Photos give a better description of the condition of this product.  Buying "as is."  Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions.  Thanks for looking.
