Greetings,

Description:

You are bidding to own one front bumper right side “hockey stick” corner bumper molding that was removed from a mighty 1990 Volvo 240 Sedan. This is the trim piece that runs along the top of the bumper on the right corner under the turn signal.

These pieces are 22 years old and do show some very light wear but they are complete and would greatly dress up any Volvo 240 (sedan or wagon) that is missing one!! I have not yet taken time to do anything with them since taking it off the car. It is in the condition I obtained it.

I have listed other bumper trim pieces for the Volvo 240s and will gladly combine shipping costs if you buy more then one.

Please do NOT pay high prices for non-Volvo parts and then be dissatisfied with them!! This is the one that your Volvo wants and this is the one that you should bid on and win!

Shipping:

Many times shipping can cost a lot of money. Every attempt will be made to keep shipping costs to a minimum. I typically use the United States Postal Service to deliver eBay items. In most instances I will have the item in the hands of the Post Office within 24 hours as long as it is not a purchase made late on Friday or on Saturday. If you purchase more than one item I’ll gladly combine shipping!!

Packaging: In an attempt to keep weight down and shipping costs manageable I use cardboard boxes cut to size, shipping tubes, packing tape, envelopes, priority mail boxes modified to fit shapes, bubble wrap and many other items to package items. When your shipment arrives the packaging may not be the prettiest one you have ever seen but it will protect your purchase and keep your costs low. I trust you understand.

International buyers are welcome. Shipping costs to locations outside of the United States will be calculated at auction end and buyers outside of the United States agree to pay the shipping costs plus $1.50 handling fees to process the customs forms and to have the item delivered to the shipping source. If you have any question on the estimated costs then use the USPS postage calculator by clicking here USPS Postage Calculator: Click Here. My zip code is 01902 for you to use to calculate postage.

Feedback:

My goal is to provide you with a positive experience and earn five stars in every feedback category. I strive to provide you with an accurate description, keeping good communication throughout the buyer/seller experience, shipping your purchase as quickly as possible and charging only what it costs to package and send you your item. If for any reason you feel that you can not leave me five stars in each category then please let me know to see if I can fix the problem and earn those five stars!

Returns:

I intend to stand behind any and all items I sell. The listing will be clearly marked with the return policy and length of time to allow for an item to be returned. Please understand that the only portion of the price allowed for a refund is the purchase price of the item. Many of my auctions are free shipping so the only cost that the buyer will need to bear is the cost to return the item.

Good LUCK and as always…..

HAPPY BIDDING!

Relatives of older drivers urged to help them ‘hang up their keys’

Thu, 24 Oct 2013

OLDER DRIVERS whose driving style may have changed or are less able behind the wheel should be aided by relatives in deciding when to hang up their keys, according to an industry expert. Professor Andrew Parks, a chief scientist at the Transport Research Laboratory, warns in a new video interview that older drivers can be very defensive about their driving standards and react badly to any criticism of it. "I know this from my own experience, as I was recently on a car journey driven by my father, the first for 10 years,” he explaned.
