I believe it's of the 1982 Volvo 240 DL.  It's the model and year that I bought it, I think.  As the reviews have pointed out, when it ran, it was terrific.  It looked great and handled high speed like silk.  When it had problems it stopped dead (eg. In the middle of the 59th. Street bridge, on the Cross Bronx Expressway, on the transverse through Central Park on 97th. Street, blew oil gaskets in Greenwich Village, fuel line break, air conditioner condensation filling up the passenger front floorboards.  Just to name a few.  It looked beautiful and gave me 250,000 miles of agony.  For you Volvo collectors, this pretty brochure will fit nicely into your collection.  Enjoy!

But tonight’s  episode looks very promising with a bonkers SUV from Mercedes, a custom-built Alfa from Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera and a pair of Caterhams – one from each end of the Caterham range.
