You are looking at a previously owned and used Mann (maybe 500 miles on it) air filter for the Volvo 850 series and 70 series up to 2000. It may fit more models, but these are the ones I know for sure.
When I say used, I mean it was in my car from my mechanic's in NY, back down to PA and occasionally put back in when I would clean my K&N. My mechanic would always remove my K&N, yell at me for using it and replace it a new Mann filter. It became a good running joke between us.
Well, I upgraded to a cold air intake system so I no longer have a need for this one.

An awesome machine, but a bit of a lost soul.
