This item consists of one CVVT Solenoid for the Volvo models listed below made between 1999 and 2007. This solenoid can have a huge impact on your engine's performance as well as its emissions. Thirty day warranty.

This is Volvo's version of Honda's VTEC. By altering the timing of the opening and closing of the intake valves, the PCM can adjust for engine load and speed. So this solenoid controls the timing of the flow of fuel and air into the combustion chamber as well as combustion temperatures more precisely.
