This is a used boot that goes around the parking or hand brake to the left of the drivers seat (left in US anyhow), from a 1969 142 should be correct for all 140 series car. May fit others but I do not know that for a fact.
In good shape, some of the rubber where the handle goes up and down is warn off, see picture.

Chrysler's heavy-duty Ram pickups are on the way to dealers
Wed, 21 Oct 2009Chrysler's Ram line of 2010 heavy-duty pickups, the first new vehicles to debut since the automaker emerged from bankruptcy in June, will begin arriving in dealerships within three weeks. They are also the first products launched under the new Ram brand since Chrysler Group CEO Sergio Marchionne split the Dodge car and Dodge Ram truck lines. The brands are now run as separate businesses, with their own profit and loss accountability.
2015 Subaru Legacy Concept to debut at LA Auto Show

The concept sedan celebrates the 25th anniversary of the vehicle, and Subaru says it previews styling for future models. The Legacy Concept is swathed in a color called Ocean Silver Metallic and features a coupe-like roofline.
Chevy to sponsor 2011 Woodward Dream Cruise

Chevrolet and Detroit's Woodward Dream Cruise announced on Thursday afternoon a sponsorship agreement expected to run for at least three years, starting this summer. The deal is for more than $1 million and covers support services, cleanup and police.
