Volvo Penta 15 X 19 Aluminum Propeller 854983 Standard (l/h) Sp Drive Long Hub on 2040-parts.com
New Port Richey, Florida, United States
This is a used prop that will fit a Volvo Penta 854983 Aluminum Propeller for the 200, 250, 270, 280, 290 SP out drives. It was originally on a SP-C drive coupled to a 350ci V8 GM engine producing 220 HP.
The increased blade area of this high speed propeller makes it most suitable for use with high power engines and at high revs. In a fast boat this not only means increased speed, it also means that a heavily loaded boat will plane more quickly and enjoy better fuel economy. The high speed propeller’s excellent reversing characteristics also mean faster and safer maneuvering.
The hub is good. and there is only minor wear on the blade tips with no damage. This is a GOOD prop!

Porsche Cayman Shooting Brake Fake +video
Thu, 13 Aug 2009The fake Porsche Cayman Shooting Brake - rendered in Maya Turns out that it was all a bit of viral fun created by Jared Holstein, the outgoing editor of TopGear.com. He came up with the idea and got a bunch of Summer Interns in the States to do the donkey work. A digital design student called Matt DuVall used Maya (a digital 3D rendering programme) to create the original image (actually, I’ve been trying to master Maya for ever – must get some tips from Matt!) which incorporated lots of Porsche design themes, and even used a Porsche ‘Mule’ license plate.
