Up for sale is an excellent condition Volvo Penta 290-A upper gear unit Pressure Tested Mechanically Perfect , We pulled this from a complete running unit , with clean oil Shifting perfectly , no water or metal in the oil , The unit was Pressure tested held pressure perfectly , 26 Spline Ujoint yoke 2 Bolt pivot pin standard 290-A Bearing Fresh Marine grease in the universals This will fit 270 275 280 and 290 . Bolt it on get back on the water !

But in a clear indication that Nissan still believes there’s a future for the electric car as a replacement for the ICE car, they’ve revealed they have plans for four further EV models. Three of those models are already clear; an Infiniti with the electric drivetrain from the LEAF, an electric version of the NV200 van and the LEAF itself.
Honda confirms 'mobile desk chair'
Thu, 14 Nov 2013HONDA has announced details for a new version of its existing Uni-Cub ‘personal mobility solution’ – essentially a powered office chair. The Uni-Cub β is a development of the initial concept that appeared in 2012 as a bizarre solution to mobility around typical office-based work environments, although it would seem that no one at Honda had considered that humans have legs for that. It uses an omni-directional driving wheel system derived from Honda’s research into humanoid robots like the well-known ASIMO, allowing it to move in any direction according to the weight shifts of its user.
EyesOn design awards 2012 winners announced at NAIAS
Tue, 10 Jan 2012The Detroit-based EyesOn Design competition winners have just been announced at their traditional time, late on the second press day of the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The jury, which this year included Ralph Giles (Chrysler), Derek Jenkins (Mazda), Lorenzo Ramaciotti (Fiat/Chrysler), Peter Schreyer (Kia) and Franz Von Holzhausen (Tesla) had a much greater array of products to choose from than in recent years; this is a somewhat rejuvenated Detroit auto show. From the cars on display at the show, the judges shortlisted the Ford Fusion, BMW 3-Series and Cadillac ATS for the best production car award.
