I bought this old boat, 1968 Chrysler, for the engine and outdrive. Since I took these pictures, I have removed the engine and outdrive, and scrapped the boat. The pictures were taken in July of 2014. At that time, I the engine started right up, and ran great. The outdrive shifted and ran smoothly in both forward and reverse. Both the engine and drive are in a pallet box in my shop where they have been for about a year since I parted the boat. I will include some other parts, like shift linkage and gauges from the boat if buyer is interested in them.
I have a video of the engine and outdrive runing that I can email, The engine is complete with starter, alternator, dual Stromberg carbs, spark arrestors, plus all bolts, gaskets, etc, for mounting. The new Jaguar F-Type hasn’t started to hit Jaguar showrooms yet, and very few have been driven by anyone outside Jaguar. The Advanced Tourer Concept appears to be an evolution of the 2009 Hybrid Tourer Concept. The gullwing festooned body of the previous concept has been dropped in favor of a five-door station wagon.
